Moong dal dosa

Raw rice : 1/2cup
Onion : 1
Green chillies : 2nos
Ginger : 1/2"pc
Coriander leaves
chopped : 1/2cup
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method:
Soak raw rice for 20 mins. Grind the rice with moong dal sprout, ginger, green chilli and with little coriander leaves to a smooth paste. Add salt and enough water to make the dosa batter.
Chop onion, coriander leaves and keep aside.
Heat a dosa tawa, pour one ladle of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa. Sprinkle little chopped onion and coriander leaves and also drizzle some oil on the sides. Let it cook and when it becomes light brown fold it and serve it hot with coconut chutney!
