Pepper rice




Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice                  : 1 cup
  • Peppercorns                : 1 tbsp (freshly ground)
  • Salt  to taste                    
  • Turmeric pdr              : a pinch
  • Ghee                           : 1 tbsp




Method:


  •  Heat ghee in a kadai,  add pepper powder, turmeric pdr and salt fry for a min.
  •  Add rice to this and mix well. 
  • Serve hot.   Its good when you are having a sore throat.
