Pepper rice
Ingredients:
Cooked rice : 1 cup
Peppercorns : 1 tbsp (freshly ground)
Salt to taste
Turmeric pdr : a pinch
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat ghee in a kadai, add pepper powder, turmeric pdr and salt fry for a min.
Add rice to this and mix well.
Serve hot. Its good when you are having a sore throat.
